Welcome to the Wednesday edition of the newsletter, coming to you a little early to squeak in before the holiday weekend! Back in the Spring, my father first floated the idea of sharing the newsletter with me. I’ll admit I was a bit daunted at first, not because I felt I was incapable but boy, what big shoes to fill! By June we were sharing it, and in August he asked me to take over while he was on vacation. I have been so touched by the in-person responses I’ve received. To everyone who has seen my name tag and taken the opportunity to share a kind word, I sincerely thank you! I also want to extend deep thanks to my Dad and my wonderful coworkers, many of whom have literally watched me grow up, for the years of grace and encouragement. We are an immensely fortunate bunch!
